What we collect
Configuring your Pixel happens without an account and without any tracker: your choices stay in your browser until you order. When ordering, we collect only the necessary data: identity, delivery details, contact email and phone, order contents and time-stamped consents.
How we protect it
Contact details are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) with an envelope unique to each order. Accounting amounts are stored separately. Sellers only access the strictly necessary contact, after an explicit action that is logged.
For how long
Contact details are anonymised automatically after the configured operational period (90 days by default after the order), without erasing the amounts required for accounting. Technical logs contain no email, address or message content.
Payment and processors
Payment is handled by Stripe on its own pages: no card number passes through Silentium. Transactional emails are sent via a dedicated provider that receives only the recipient's address and the message content. [Full list of processors and hosting locations to be completed.]
Sentinelle VPN
The VPN works by public key: your phone generates the WireGuard pair and only the public key is sent to us. We never hold your private key and do not log your traffic. Cancellation revokes access and deletes the tunnel settings.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection provided by the GDPR, exercised with [data controller contact to be completed], with a possible complaint to the supervisory authority (CNIL).
