1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of Google Pixel phones configured with the GrapheneOS system and, where applicable, the monthly Sentinelle subscription covering software maintenance and the provision of a private VPN.
2. Order
Ordering requires no account. Before confirmation, the summary shows the model, the configuration plan, the chosen apps, the initial amount and any monthly amount. The prices displayed at the time of the order are frozen into the order and are authoritative.
3. Payment
Payment is made by card via the hosted payment page of our provider Stripe. Silentium neither receives nor stores any card number. The order is prepared only after the provider confirms the payment.
4. Sentinelle subscription
The subscription is monthly, without commitment, and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal accessible on the confirmation page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and results in revocation of VPN access.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the 27 member states of the European Union by Colissimo, Chronopost or pickup point, depending on the destination and the option chosen when ordering. Delivery costs and indicative times are shown before payment. [Remedy procedures to be completed.]
6. Withdrawal and warranties
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, a consumer buyer has a fourteen-day withdrawal period from receipt. The legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects apply. [Return procedure to be completed.]
